<p>New page: Jornada de Trabalho dos Docentes do IF-SC ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS ATIVIDADES DOCENTES O que organiza as atividades dos docentes no IF-SC é a resolução 13/2008/Conselho Diretor e a Delibera...</p> <p><b>Página nova</b></p><div><br /> Jornada de Trabalho dos Docentes do IF-SC<br /> <br /> ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS ATIVIDADES DOCENTES<br /> O que organiza as atividades dos docentes no IF-SC é a resolução 13/2008/Conselho Diretor e a Deliberação 17/20910 do CEPE, que trata da unicidade do ensino, da pesquisa e da extensão. <br /> <br /> Mas é importante que todos saibam que recebemos o Acórdão do TCU<br /> ACORDAO DO TCU número 787/2010:<br /> <br /> Os ministros do TCU, acordam a seguinte determinação ao responsável pelo IF-SC:<br /> <br /> - adotar medidas efetivas e eficazes de controle na área de pessoal, inclusive quanto às rotinas relacionadas aos regimes funcionais e à frequencia dos servidores, INCLUSIVE DOS DOCENTES, seus regimes e jornadas de trabalho e remunerações, de modo a evitar a concessão, a manutenção e o pagamento de vantagens e benefícios não autorizados em lei; Por isso é necessário, por exemplo, documentar / comprovar de forma efetiva as horas de trabalho em locais insalubres. <br /> <br /> Ou seja, via de regra todo docente é contratado e tem seu regime de trabalho amparado na Lei 8112/90 e na Lei 11.784/2008 que prevê que o docente em dedicação exclusiva tem que cumprir 40 horas semanais na instituição, SEM EXERCER OUTRA ATIVIDADE REMUNERADA FORA DO IF-SC. Os casos em que isso é permitido estão previstos na Lei 11.784/2008 e na Resolução 17/2010 do CEPE.<br /> <br /> Quanto ao controle da jornada, o Decreto 1590/1995 e o Decreto 1867/1996 definem oficialmente com deve ser o controle da frequencia.<br /> <br /> Como houve suspensão da Resolução 02/2010 do Colégio de Dirigentes, são validas as normas superiores, até que a instituição regulamente internamente. Ou seja, não estar regulamentado internamente não significa não ter regras.
